Abstract
This article explores basic scientific approaches to management development company, defining the content of the basic concepts that form the definition of «system of economic development of commercial enterprise.» summarizes the features of the financial and business trade. Based on the taxonomic approach generated new theoretical and methodological approach to the economic characteristics of the concept. Posted copyright interpretation of what constitutes «the management of economic development trade enterprise» and «system of economic development of commercial enterprise.» Systematized in a comprehensive system management system main components of economic development based on trade relationships between the structural elements. The basic directions to build a system of economic development trade.
