DEPENDENCE OF STUDENT’ SELF-ESTEEM AND COGNITIVE ACTIVITIES ON AFFILIATION

Abstract
The article reviews the problems of students' cognitive activity and the role of their self-esteem and affiliation. The problems of self-esteem and affiliation are considered in conjunction. The cognitive activity of students is formed on the background of personal factors of the student. It is stated on the basis of the study that the self-esteem of the individual is, in most cases under the influence of the external environment. Meeting the need for affiliation is reflected in self-assessment. It becomes clear that the satisfaction of the need in affiliation indirectly helps to activate the cognitive capabilities of students.
