DEPRECIATION COMPONENT IN THE SYSTEM OF FIXED CAPITAL REPRODUCTION IN THE FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Abstract
t is investigated in the article the role and value of depreciation in the process of reproduction of fixed capital in foreign countries. It is proved by the author that in foreign countries there are close relationship between the availability of own funds of enterprises to finance investment in fixed capital and their investment and innovation activity. It is concluded that depreciation policy in foreign countries is carried out in order to increase the activity of companies, to more fully take into account the requirements of scientific and technological progress, the timely replacement of outdated fixed capital.
