DERMATOSE DE LA GROSSESSE: A PROPOS D’UN CAS AVEC REVUE DE LA LITTERATURE. DERMATOSIS OF PREGNANCY: A CASE REPORT WITH LITERATURE PAPER

Abstract
Specific dermatosis of preganancy includs polymarphic dermatosis of pregnancy, atopic eczema of pregnancy and gestational pemphygoide. Intrahepatic cholestasis and impetigo herpetiformis, are not specific of pregnanacy but it´s necessary to know about because of the maternal-fetal risk related to them. Gestational pemphygoide, illustrated by our clinical case, is an itchy dermatosis appearing frequently at the second and third trimestre of pregnancy, especially in multiparous women. The aim of our study is to precise particularities of diagnosis and treatment and also maternal-fetal repercussions. Mots clés: pemphigoïde gestationnelle- éruption urticarienne- dermocorticoïdes.
