Abstract
L. Mamatova. State regulation of entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine. The concept of state regulation of entrepreneurial activity is investigated and the author's definition is offered. Forms, means, functions and basic systems of public authorities of state regulation are considered. Areas of support and development of state regulation of entrepreneurial activity are investigated. According to the laws of Ukraine, the goals and instruments of state regulation are defined. The components of the mechanism of state regulation of entrepreneurial activity are proposed.
