ДЕРЖАВНІ ІДЕОЛОГІЇ КОМПЛЕКТУВАННЯ ЗБРОЙНИХ СИЛ В (СХІДНО-) ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОМУ РЕГІОНІ

Abstract
This article is devoted to investigation of evolution of army recruitment processes in Europe. This evolution is a periodical change of trends and ideological models in relations of state and society. The usage of population, the same as influence of military service on society are more or less intensive during different historical periods. The author emphasizes on development of recruitment technologies during last decades in Eastern Europe and Ukraine. This region is still using specific forms of recruitment — universal conscription — technology, already outdated in the most countries of the world. The Eastern Europe is an exception in world development processes that presupposes future emergence of new recruitment paradigm in the region.
