DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF AN AUTOMOTIVE SINGLE PLATE CLUTCH
Journal Title: Mobility and Vehicle Mechanics - Year 2018, Vol 44, Issue 1
Abstract
This paper presents the stresses and deformations of the assembly of the automotive single plate clutch depending on the applied materials. Structural analysis of the clutch was performed by using the finite element method for a repressive vehicle example - Toyota KUN 25. First, the input data for the numerical analysis was calculated. Numerical analysis was performed in the ANSYS software package. As a result, the values of stresses and deformations that occur on the clutch during the vehicle exploitation are obtained.

THERMAL RADIATION BETWEEN THE DRIVER AND THE VEHICLE CABIN INTERIOR
Thermal radiation is one mode of the thermal exchange between the passengers and the interior surfaces of the vehicle's cabin, equally important as convection, conduction and latent heat exchange. The parameters that inf...
POSSIBILITIES FOR THE USE OF BIOFUELS IN EUROPE AND IN SERBIA
Biomass is one of the major potentials of renewable energy sources in Serbia. Due to the lack of legal acts, regulations, and incentive systems by the state, this potential has not been sufficiently utilized. According t...
DESIGN FOR RECYCLING – THINKING OF THE END AT THE BEGINNING
Regulations of the European Union are demanding that re-use of materials should be taken into account already in the design phase of new vehicles and to provide instructions about exploitation of the old cars. When engin...
GUIDELINES FOR CERTIFICATION AND INSPECTION OF VEHICLES ON NATURAL GAS IN THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA AND ISSUING OF CERTIFICATE
Natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas represent the most practical, realistic and easiest way to reduce pollution coming from road transportation. In practice, natural gas vehicles are as safe as any other vehicles (ga...
OPTIMIZATION-BASED CONTROLLERS FOR HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLES
Hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) are more and more of interest in the present vehicle market, because of the relevant reduction both in the fuel consumption and in the CO2 emission, in particular for the urban utilization...
