Designing and Organizing Darbeno Neighborhood in Gorgan using Neighborhood Values Approach

Abstract
studied topic is about designing and organizing of Darbeno neighborhood in Gorgan using neighborhood value approach. Value neighborhood has variables such as the value of urban architecture (edges, nodes, routes, areas, landmarks, special events and a sense of belonging) and architectural value of the buildings (buildings, neighborhoods and historical values of architectural monuments ) which is investigated in this study. Society study included Darbeno neighborhood in the center of Gorgan with a population of 518 people as statistical society and used methods are qualitative and quantitative. The result of the research findings, it is done at the the target site, should be relevant to the design and neighborhood values. Then, at the end it can be said, we can design web applications to use the dual applications including home, school, coffee shops and traditional restaurants, as well as define Darbeno neighborhood completely as a sidewalk.
