DESIGNING THE INSTITUTIONAL FRAMEWORK SYSTEM FOR THE FOREST SOCIO-ECOLOGICAL SERVICES MARKET

Abstract
The paper presents and substantiates the proposal of the institutional framework project for the forest socio-ecological services market. It is determined, that the institutes of the new eco-economic system to the forest sector of Ukraine’s economy should be created on the basis of existing forestry institutional market-ecological development, covering issues of the ecological audit and the certification of the forest socio-ecological resource, along with forming the favorable investment climate, regulating relations of market entities of different ownership forms, and forming an active competitive environment.
