DETECTION OF EARLY RISK FACTORS OF STRESS IN STUDENTS USING „SMART LION“ M-HEALTH TECHNOLOGY

Abstract
Modern methods and means o f health monitoring involving mobile phones (m-Health) can soon become widespread personal health assistants ensuring strong motivation for optimization o f the healthy lifestyle. Despite the major advances in understanding the pathogenesis o f mental health and internal diseases, the research o f the early risk factors that affect the health o f young adults has become a priority in medicine. This study is aimed at creation o f a new «in silico» diagnostic medical technology, which could provide efficient and convenient approach to personal/doctor’s control and analysis o f health (longevity operative informative technology, acronym: SMART LION) for the purpose of investigating the impact o f lifestyle on health o f medical students and IT (Information Technology) students.
