This research intends to investigate underlying elements that effect the adoption of E-Government Information Systems in Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Pakistan. The study is grounded on the theory of technology, organization and environment (TOE) model. Cloud computing is becoming a viable alternative for System Analysts or IT managers to consider in today’s latest information technology environment and dynamic changes in the technology landscape.
