Journal Title: Psychiatry, Neurology and Medical Psychology - Year 2017, Vol 4, Issue 8

Abstract

Іn this study, the research of the intensity of pathological trauma to opioids in women-patients with opioid dependence was carried out taking into account their clinical and typological peculiarities. It is confrmed that its intensity depends on the period of the disease, gradually increases from early to late abstinence, and then gradually decreases in the remission period with a signifcant deterioration of the parameters of quality of life. Gender analysis showed that in men the intensity of the pathological trauma was most pronounced in people with epileptoid and unstable traits. The obtained data emphasize the extraordinary signifcance of the psychological correction of the emotional sphere of women, taking into account their characteristic features and, accordingly, the use of various psycho-correction technologies. The professional conduct of such work will make it impossible to exacerbate, frst and foremost, the ideatronic component of the pathological urge for opioids and prevent the recurrence of the disease.
