Abstract
Methods for determining the rationality of introduction of new standards were considered; the feasibility of using an adaptive approach is established; the optimality criterion for CE «Harkiv-vodokanal» is calculated; the graph of rational timing of commissioning the environmental standards «euro» for the enterprise in question is built.
