According to the students who live with their friends, the average scores of communication skills are higher than those living with their families. When social media usage is examined, the average score of social media usage is found as 21.84±9.13. The use of social media was found to be the highest in the 4th grade students. According to the results of the correlation analysis, it was found that there is a statistically significant and positive relationship between general social media use and general communication skills (r= 0.151). Finally, the results of the regression analysis reveal 3.9% of the total variance in the communication skills of social media use.
