DETERMINING THE DYNAMICS OF GENERAL PHYSICAL FITNESS OF HIGHLY SKILLED FOOTBALL GIRLS

Abstract
In this article, the movement preparation (speed, endurance, agility, technique) of highly skilled football players engaged in the pre-competition training period is researched based on the players' playing roles and individual characteristics. At the same time, the results of sports training of female football players participating in Navbahor-W (Namangan city) and AGMK-W (Almalik city) teams were comparatively analyzed.
