DETERMINING THE INDEXES OF ESTIMATION OF THE PROCESS OF MANAGING RAW MATERIAL STREAMS AT A COKE-CHEMICAL ENTERPRISE

Abstract
Technological features of a coke-chemical enterprise, such as continuous character of technological process, explosion and fire hazard, unsatisfactory state of basic aggregates, the direction of material stream motion which advance high demands to the management of raw material streams have been studied. The negative consequences caused by the uncontrollability of providing raw material (coal concentrates) at coke-chemical enterprises, namely the decrease in commodity products volumes, the stopping of technological process at some redistributions, the complete loss of products, the increase of volumes of repair workshave been investigatied. The indexes estimating raw material management that take into account the features of technological process of coking and give an opportunity to the personnel of enterprises to identify in time the problems and liquidate them have been offered.
