DETERMINING THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF INTERNET SERVICES IN THE REGIONS OF UKRAINE

Abstract
Infocommunications strategic goal is the need to provide consumers with information and communication services. The Internet is an important part infocommunications dynamically developing. Internet services significantly affects the functions of government, the needs of businesses, organizations and the public. Results. Currently, due to the sharp acceleration of the pace of life and the beginning of transition to information society the Internet as a telecommunications service, allows to save time and resources appropriately to improve all life-supporting factors. Conclusions. Determining the socio-economic benefits for the individual consumption of Internet services in rural areas, based on the account of the five key drivers of human development, allows to set weighting values of these factors with the degree of mutual influence and enables to form a "matrix of influence" Internet services to social and economic life of rural residents
