Developing Education and Training Human Resources in Vietnam Today

It holds profound significance for national survival and advancement, constituting an imperative demand within this transformative industrial landscape. The forthcoming investigation aims to elucidate the theoretical underpinnings of human resource management, particularly within the educational domain. It will shed light on the evolution of human resources in Vietnam's educational sector, encompassing achievements, developmental efficacy, and socio-economic ramifications, as well as the challenges and constraints that require resolution.
