Developing Teamwork at Workplace

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to understand the importance of teamwork development at workplace. This study attempts to explain the benefits and challenges of teamwork development at workplace. It highlights the process of teamwork development and technology used by teams for better management of teams and effective communication. The study also aims to identify the barriers encountered by teams that have members from different cultural background and how they can be managed.
