DEVELOPMENT LEVEL EVALUATION OF GENERAL PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
The article covers the issue of evaluating the level of the development of professional competences of future teachers of higher educational institutions. Within the context of realizing the provisions of competency approach as of the paradigmdefining one in the education of information society backed by the trajectories and strategies of sustainable development of globalized civilization, the practically-oriented aspect is singled out, which foresees the accuracy and transparency in defining the minimally required totality of professional competences of the higher qualification expert on the whole and teacher of the higher educational institution in particular. It substantiates the topicality of the issue of creating diagnostic software solutions complex for studying the development level of professional competences of future teachers of higher educational institutions.The present article proves the necessity of creating the model for studying the level of the development of professional competences of future teachers of higher educational institutions on the basis of relevant diagnostic software solutions complex. Software complex is a set of interacting application programs, which are coordinated by functions and formats, have uniform and distinct interfaces and constitute a finished tool for solving a wide range of tasks. Systematic evaluation of competences with the aim of identifying the level of student’s development should be carried out by means of comparing the received data with the prescribed norms, mean quantities or by means of comparing them with the results of previous diagnostic procedures. The experts of National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine (headed by Kovalchuk V. I.) are developing a project, which will allow to identify the level of general professional competences of the teacher of HIEs.
