DEVELOPMENT OF A CORPORATE SECURITY’S MANAGEMENT STRATEGIC MEASURES COMPLEX FOR MACHINE-BUILDING ENTERPRISE

Abstract
In the article the author considered the methodical approach on the development of corporate security’s(CS) management strategic measures of the machine-building enterprise from the point of view of the features of the concept of CS, its components (financial and economic security, high-quality corporate governance(CG), and corporate social responsibility (CSR)). This study proposes a set of strategic measures for each of the identified components of the CS.
