DEVELOPMENT OF A MODEL FOR OPTIMIZATION OF CONSTRUCTION EXPENSES AND USE OF RESOURCE SAVING BUILDINGS CONSIDERING FACTORS OF INFLUENCE

Abstract
The article outlines the main factors influencing on the formation of the costs of construction and operation of small hydropower plants. The methodical approach to the assessment of the ecological and economic efficiency of the construction and operation of small hydroelectric power stations, which takes into account certain factors by applying a dynamic equation with variables, is formed. On the basis of this research, an algorithmic model for optimizing the costs of building and operating resource saving constructions was developed.
