Development of automation of the LCC: problems and perspectives

Abstract
Annotation. The purpose of the article is to study the features of the current state of housing and communal services and the main problems of the its current development in Ukraine. Methodology of research. The research methods: analysis and synthesis, systematization and synthesis, dialectical approach. Findings. Today, housing and communal services of cities are experiencing considerable difficulties. The number of old and emergency housing stock is increasing, the material and technical base of the housing and communal services is extremely worn out, equipment is outdated and energy resources. The article considers the features of the current state of housing and communal services in Ukraine. The problems and perspectives of functioning of the industry in the modern conditions are analyzed. Practical value. An attempt has been made to substantiate the most important aspects of the problem situation in the housing and communal services, to reveal the reasons for the unsatisfactory situation in the industry, to present scientific arguments and considerations regarding the ways of removing the enterprises of the industry to an efficient working regime. Areas of improvement of housing and communal services development are offered.
