Development of effective forms of the entrepreneurship on the silkworm seed system

Abstract
The article describes the role and importance of sericulture in the national economy, as well as the stages of the development of greening production. The proposals and recommendations on the organization of an effective form of entrepreneurship in the delivery of green to subjects involved in breeding silkworms are given. A scheme showing the steps of operation. It is recommended to study the experience of foreign countries in reproduction and distribution of silkworm seeds, and then they can be used in our republic. Particular attention should be paid to work experience in India. The Republic of India is the second largest silkworm seed and cocoon cultivator, but it is the world’s leading producer of raw silk. The Indian government is paying more attention to public-private partnerships for the production of silkworm seeds. That is, the production of silkworm seeds is based on the specific requirements of the state, so the government will make silkworm seeds at the expense of the lowest costs.
