DEVELOPMENT OF FAMILY FARMS AS A PROGRESSIVE ENTERPRISE ACTIVITY IN MODERN AGRO-INDUSTRIAL SECTOR

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to the problem of the formation of family farms in Ukraine. The norms of the Law of Ukraine "On Farmership" and the national legislation regulating the creation and operation of family farms are investigated, as well as the scientific works dealing with this sphere of social relations are analyzed. The normative, legal, organizational and economic preconditions of stimulation of development of family farms in Ukraine are determined.
