DEVELOPMENT OF FINANCIAL CONTROL IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article describes the essence of state financial control as a process. It is noted that financial control is an integral part of the regulatory system, the purpose of which is to detect deviations from accepted standards and violations of the principles of legality, efficiency, and economy of the use of budgetary resources. Important role of the State Audit Service of Ukraine in the process of state regulation is highlighted. An analysis of key performance indicators of the State Audit Office of Ukraine for 2015–2016 is conducted in table form.
