Development of forms of organization of economic analysis of the formation and implementation of public-private partnership

Abstract

In the course of the research, the articles were analyzed, which became the basis for building the theoretical and methodological basis of the development of forms of organization of economic analysis of the formation and implementation of the public-private partnership project. The structure of the Ukrainian consulting service market is considered. The key indicators of the world consulting market are investigated, in addition, the participation of consulting companies of the countries under study in the formation and implementation of public-private partnership is compulsory. In the course of the research it was established that the participation of consulting companies in the formation of analytical support for the management of economic activities of enterprises and the formation and implementation of a public-private partnership project can be characterized in the following areas: constant consulting participation; periodic consulting; thematic consulting participation; ordering consulting services to assess unauthorized persons. The indicated directions of application of consulting services provide an opportunity to provide analytical support for the management of the processes of formation and implementation of public-private partnership projects. Taking into account the presentation of the form of organization of economic analysis of the formation and implementation of public-private partnership projects, the following approach is proposed for their adaptation to the properties of projects and forms of their implementation, which are represented by the following components: definition of the purpose of application of analytical procedures according to which one or another form of organization of economic analysis; the mechanism of consolidation of one or another form of organization of economic analysis in the system of internal regulations of participants of the project of public-private partnership is offered.
