DEVELOPMENT OF INDIVIDUALIZATION CONCEPTION OF WRESTLERS’ TRAINING

Abstract
Theory and methods of individualization of training has been actual direction in the system of sport scientific knowledge. Nowadays, the problem of individualization of training of wrestlers has been pointed. It is connected with Olympic sport significance and it causes intenfication of sport activity and increase of it can be possible of process individualization. And also it is connected with such fact as small number of children is involved in sport sections and coach should realize individual approach to each sportsman. Conception of individualization of wrestlers’ training was presented in this paper. It was developed as a system of management. Development of conception is provided by coach based on demands and environment. Envinronment is presented by two blocks and they determine system behavior: rules of competition, scientific knowledge, experience, practice. The system is concerned with individual style formation of confrantation of wrestler. The realization is provided by coach with demands competitive activity and tendencies of the development of free wrestle including scientific methods of wrestlers training, selected models of styles of wrestling, choice criteria, and peculiarities of refereeing. Coache’s training is concerned with typical styles of wrestlers (managed subsystem). The aim of the investigation is to develop conception of individualization of wrestling’s training. Methods and materials of the investigation. Methods of system of analysis, analysis of literature and experience were used in the paper. Earlier results were also used by us. Results. Conception builds as a system of management. It is a model of activity in which coach is central figure, but interrelation between sportsman and coach has subject-subjective character. It is necessary to determine level of abilities to prognose future results of sport activity. When the conception is better than it was earlier, the qualification of coach will more qualified and pupils will become successful. Conclusions and prospects for further investigations. So, developed conception of individualization of training which is based on natural inclination of wrestler to one of typical styles of wrestling. It was built as a system of management and provides transition of sportsman from one stage of individualization into another one, and from one stage of training into another one. Further, detalization of some elements of conception is proposed, in particularly, systems of controlled impact are also peformed.
