DEVELOPMENT OF INSURANCE BROKERS INSTITUTE IN THE CONTEXT OF EUROPEAN INTEGRATION PROCESSES

Abstract
The article is devoted to theoretical and practical aspects of development of insurance brokers institute in the context of European integration processes, which take place in the insurance market of Ukraine. The place and role of insurance brokers in the Ukrainian insurance intermediation market are determined. Characteristic features of insurance brokers’ activity are distinguished in accordance with the national legislation and in comparison with European norms. The state of development of insurance brokerage in Ukraine according to quantitative and qualitative indicators in the context of world tendencies is analyzed. The basic components of European integration changes in regulation of activity of insurance brokers are substantiated.
