Development of land relations and efficiency of use land resources in agriculture

Abstract
In modern socio-economic conditions, there is a need to continuously develop effective forms of managing leased land relations and rational land use, correcting mistakes and solving existing problems, taking into account the experience of land management through the function of land as a natural resource. Therefore, to solve these problems, it is necessary to develop a strategy for rational land use in agrarian formations, which should be oriented towards identifying and implementing the main directions of the state land policy aimed at improving leased land relations, creating favorable conditions for sustainable development of the territories on the basis of planning, formation of national land tenure and land use planning, development highly effective competitive land tenure and land use, ensuring the transition and development of domestic agricultural land use, on the principles of sustainable development. The effectiveness of agricultural production directly depends on the organization of leased land relations. The improvement of agricultural production is directly proportional to the level of the organizational mechanism for regulating leased land relations in agricultural enterprises. The organization of effective lease land relations is a key priority of the agrarian sector development strategy of the Ukrainian economy. Particular attention is needed to rational construction of the system of renting agricultural land. The article deals with the problems of development of leasehold land relations in agriculture. The theoretical and methodical principles concerning formation and regulation of lease land relations, which will promote increase of efficiency of production and economic activity of agricultural enterprises of the region in the context of their sustainable development, are worked out. The organizational and economic features of the lease of land in agroformations of market type are highlighted. The advantages, disadvantages, causes and factors influenced by the development of land-lease relations are determined. The proposals concerning the improvement of the mechanism of regulation of lease land relations of agricultural enterprises are considered.
