Development of Methodological Tools for Evaluating the Effectiveness of the Customs Authorities of Ukraine on the Basis of an Integrated Approach

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to develop methodological tools for evaluation of the effectiveness of the customs authorities by creating an integrated parameter. In the article the author's approach to evaluating the effectiveness of the customs authorities, based on the development of an integrated parameter. The main groups of indicators that make it possible to represent the functions performed by the customs authorities on which will be calculated and integrated indicators. The requirements for basic indicators selected for evaluating the effectiveness of customs procedures within specific groups were outlined and the stages of the evaluation process were defined. It was made on the hypothetical example. The results made it possible to conclude that the proposed approach is simple and allows to quickly getting results and makes it possible to take account of multidirectional impact factors of external and internal environment on the estimated figure.
