Development of Real Estate Objects in the Conditions of an Unstable Economic Environment

Abstract
Approaches to real estate development from the point of view of various authors are considered in this article. The classification of types of professional real estate development is presented. Considered its main form, indicated relatively new. The classification of development by the type of real estate objects being developed is given. The main elements of the real estate development process are highlighted and the stages of the real estate development management process are considered.
