Development of social and labor relations in the conditions of decentralization

Abstract
The article examines the process of transformation of social and labor relations in conditions of decentralization. Particular attention is paid to the problem that arises from the application of unified national wage standards in the budgetary sphere, which do not take into account the specific features of the social and economic development of the regions of Ukraine.
