Development of the immune response in pneumonia due to Staphylococcus aureus (part 8)
Journal Title: Здоров`я дитини - Year 2018, Vol 13, Issue 1
Abstract
In the article, based on the literature, the role of cellular responses in the development of the immune response in pneumonia caused by Staphylococcus aureus is demonstrated. The mechanisms of interaction of Staphylococcus aureus with T-cells of the adaptive immune system, B-lymphocytes are described. A comparative characteristic of T-cell activation by the conventional antigen and superantigen of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria is presented, hereditary diseases with disorders of the Th17-associated signaling pathway associated with the risk of developing staphylococcal infection are described. The basic mechanisms of bacterial killing by immunocytes are demonstrated.
