Abstract
The article deals with the formation of theoretical foundations and practical provisions for the development of a mechanism for ensuring effective personnel management and its implementation into the general enterprise management system. Motive levers are specific for each enterprise. The success of the personnel policy of the investigated industries of the industry consists in an individual approach to the team as a whole and each of its employees separately.
