Abstract
A significant part of the population is elderly people who need special features in the maintenance, treatment, prevention of various age pathologies, including in the organization of rational nutrition, which significantly affects the entire human body, the duration of her life, prevention and treatment of old age pathologies. The article presents the development of the gerodietetical smoothie, enriched with alimentary fibers, based on the use of flax seeds, pumpkin pulp and sea buckthorn fruit.
