Abstract
Aim The aim of the research is to establish diagnosis of diseases in cervico facial lymphadenopathy by colour Doppler ultrasoundThe purpose of the present study is to study the clinical aspects of lymph node and the changes in node in colour doppler ultrasonographyMaterials and Methods Patients were clinically examined by bimanual palpation for cervico facial lymphadenopathy and their colour doppler ultrasound findings were recorded Biopsy was done to confirm ultrasound findingsResults The internal architecture of the node the pattern of colour doppler flow vascular resistance were assessed in various inflammatory and malignant lymph nodesConclusion The utility of colour doppler ultrasound is really beneficial in establishing the regional lymph node enlargement as inflammatory and metastatic nodeKeywordsnbspLymphnode Colour doppler Ultrasound Reactive nodes Necrosis Blood flow
