DIAGNOSTIC MODEL OF THE GENERALIZED MODULE OF THE DIGITAL DEVICE BASED ON THE IMPROVED ENERGY DYNAMICAL SPECTRAL METHOD

Abstract

In the article the method of constructing a diagnostic model of the logic elements of a digital device for the advanced spectral method of diagnosing on the basis of transient processes in the power bus is developed. The essence of the method is that when periodically switching the logic elements into the power bus, there arise periodic packets of energy-dynamic transients, the form and number of which depend on the type of integrated circuit and the method of its inclusion. An estimation and choice of diagnostic parameters of logical elements of digital devices is made. The parameters of the energy-dynamic transients can be used as diagnostic information. This model is designed to provide a predetermined readiness rate for a digital device at a reduced cost of operation. A model summarizes and just for any digital device.
