Diagnostic of the Financial, Industrial, Labor, Socio-Economic and Innovation and Investment Potentials and Analysis of the Enterprise Potential Risks under Conditions of Uncertainty

Abstract

In the article the system of diagnostic of the financial, industrial, labor, socio-economic and innovation and investment potential of the enterprise is developed. It has been determined that the key business indicators of the integral indicator of the enterprise financial capacity are: 1) indicators of financial results; 2) indicators of solvency; 3) indicators of loan security; 4) indicators of investment attraction; 5) indicators of bond security; 6) indicators of reserves coverage; 7) indicators of financial security; 8) indicators of the market and balance sheet value of the enterprise; 9) indicators of total income from the shares and return on investment; 10) integral indicators of revealing threats of the enterprise bankruptcy. The integral indicator of the enterprise industrial potential should be determined by indicators that are grouped into the following components: 1) component "fixed assets"; 2) component "operating funds"; 3) component "personnel"; 4) component "management". Diagnostic of the labor potential of the enterprise should be carried out by such business indicators: 1) qualitative (physical potential, qualification potential, moral and cultural potential, innovation potential, intellectual potential and socio-psychological potential); 2) quantitative (the number of personnel, indicator of the personnel age structure, indicator of the personnel qualification structure, indicator of departures of employees, indicator of hiring employees, indicator of employee turnover, indicator of using working time fund, indicator of labor productivity, indicator of labor intensity, indicator of capital-labor ratio, the share of labor remuneration in the production cost, the profit share per employee). Business indicators of the integral indicator of the enterprise social and economic potential are: 1) the integral indicator of the enterprise social potential; 2) the integral indicator of the enterprise economic potential. The integral indicator of innovation and investment potential is calculated by: 1) indicator of innovative potential; 2) indicator of investment potential. It has been determined that the level of the enterprise potential is affected by the following types of potential risks: risks by the object of occurrence (from a particular type of operating activity, from other activities of the enterprise as a whole); by types of potential risks (financial, industrial, labor, social, economic, innovation and investment); duration risks (short-, medium-, long-term); risks by causes (caused by lack of information, under condition of uncertainty, caused by the influence of the objects of the environment).
