The study of the morphological characteristics of skin changes according to the results of dermatoscopy was provided in children aged 3 months to 17 years with several clinical forms of AD. It is advisable to use dermatoscopy to optimize the early diagnosis of ad in children, objectively assess the pathological process on the skin, predict the course of the disease, control the therapeutic effectiveness of the treatment process and the measures used. Comparing the results of dermatoscopy and the clinical picture increases the reliability of the information obtained during the examination.
