DIAGNOSTICS OF ENTERPRISES-APPLICANTS FOR RECEIVING THE STATUS OF AN AUTHORISED ECONOMIC OPERATOR IN THE CONDITIONS OF EUROPEAN INTEGRATION

Abstract
The article substantiates the actuality of the establishment of institution of authorized economic operators in Ukraine and the diagnostics of enterprises-applicants for obtaining such status in conditions of European integration. The research and analogy of the domestic and international legal framework for the regulation of the institute of authorized economic operators are performed. It is determined that at the present stage in Ukraine there is not developed the proper normative and methodological support for the diagnostics of enterprises-applicants for obtaining the status of an authorized economic operator. The unified and harmonized with European standards sequence of diagnostics of enterprisesapplicants for obtaining the status of an authorized economic operator has been developed. The determined stages of the diagnostic sequence of the enterprises-applicants for obtaining the status of an authorized economic operator are characterized in detail.
