DIAGNOSTICS OF HARMONICITY OF PROFESSIONAL MOBILITY OF THE MANAGEMENT TEAM BY THE GOLDEN SECTION METHOD

Abstract

At present, the professional mobility of the managerial staff of the company is turning into a critical factor in ensuring its livelihoods. Since the changes that accompany the work of the company are complicated, only the project team of professional managers is able to respond in a timely manner to critical situations in the work. The purpose of the article is to determine the reserves of the professional mobility of the managerial team, the conditions and factors of its provision due to the diagnosis of their harmonicity. In the article, the harmonicity of the socio-economic system is presented as a complex characteristic of the optimality of its structure, a combination of processes of functioning and development. In order to achieve the goal, the article presents the solution to the following tasks: substantiation of the relevance of the diagnostics of the harmony of the professional team as a socio-economic system according to the standard of the “golden section”; determination of the variants of harmonicity of the labour collective and their quantitative characteristics; practical testing of the proposed technique. The analysis, systematization, and synthesis of scientific works created the basis for using in the research the following characteristics of the project team of managerial personnel: the personal potential of labour mobility of team members, professional mobility of the team, motivation of the work activity of team members, role functions of the team leader as tools for activating the behaviour of subordinates. According to the questionnaire survey of managerial staff of a particular company, the following variants of golden sections were identified: the appearance of a team of employees with a new perception of the problem; activation of the behaviour of team members, which creates preconditions for solving situational problems; formation of new motivational systems that create a new quality of collective behaviour; balance of traditional and innovative activity; delay in the formation of preconditions for the development of mobility; slowing down the change in the priorities of perception of problems; stabilization of employees’ attitudes to the problem; lack of development of varieties of perception of problems; standardization of personnel activity; appearance of non-standard actions in the work of members of the team. In general, the following conclusions were drawn from the results of the study. The analysis of the professional mobility of the management team, the conditions and factors of its provision using the golden section method allows us to assess their harmonicity and efficiency. By the results of diagnostics, it is possible to determine the features and reserves of their further development or preservation. Preliminary verification of the possibilities of using this method showed its relevance to the task. Further studies should focus on additional empirical testing of the possibility of using the golden section technique in combination with other quantitative and qualitative estimates of the professional mobility of managerial personnel.
