DIAGNOSTICS OF THE STRUCTURAL CAPACITY OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY TO MEET THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS

Abstract

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to development of the methodological approaches to the diagnostics of the influence of the national economy structure on the achievement of the sustainable development objectives as an instrument for the formation of the information and analytical support for the development of the structural policies. Methodology of research. The methodological basis of the research is the following: a systematic approach, a system-structural analysis, methods of deduction and induction – in the process of the identification and presentation of the indicators the national economy structuring; the methods of functional dependencies, the stochastic and heuristic methods, the method of valuation, the methods of the main component, the slider matrix, the integral, the index method – in the process of diagnostics of the structural capacity of the economy to meet the requirements of the sustainable development; the descriptive-analytical method, the generalization method - under the analysis of the processes of economy structuring. Findings. The necessity of diagnostics of the national economy structure to ensure the requirements of the sustainable development is substantiated. The indicators of the national economy structuring, oriented towards the implementation of the principles of sustainability are determined. The integrated evaluation mechanism is offered and used to diagnose the structural capacity of the national economy to implement the requirements of the sustainable development. On the basis of calculations, the conclusion on the necessity of developing of the active structural policy to prevent the deepening of the structural crisis is done. Originality. The methodological approaches to the diagnostics of the influence of the national economy structure on the formation of the preconditions for achieving of the sustainable development goals are substantiated. Practical value. The obtained research results are the analytical substantiation of the necessity of the urgent active structural policy development.
