Діагностування підшипників кочення методом неруйнівного контролю

Abstract

In-process there were the conducted researches of efficiency of the use of lubricating materials in bearing of woobling of acoustic non-destructive control a method. The estimation of application of lubricating materials was conducted in connection with work of bearing in hours, that validifies the got results on the laboratory setting of acoustic non-destructive control. The offered method of acoustic diagnostics allows to estimate efficiency of certain type of oil in a bearing knot without his sorting out, that diminishes the cost of repair-diagnostic works of front and back bridges of cars considerably.
