Diagnostyka obrazowa niestabilności nadgarstka

Abstract
Urazy nadgarstka, z którymi często wiąże się następcza niestabilność, są często spotykane w praktyce klinicznej. Diagnostyka obrazowa niestabilności nie jest łatwa, gdyż ocenia się w niej bardzo subtelne struktury i czasami jeszcze bardziej subtelne zmiany w nich i między nimi zachodzące. Dokładna, ostrożna ocena zmian w powiązaniu z precyzyjną znajomością anatomii i patologii jest w stanie doprowadzić do odpowiedniej interpretacji badań diagnostycznych. Celem artykułu jest przybliżenie wszystkich dostępnych metod diagnostyki obrazowej oraz diagnostycznej artroskopii, ze szczególnym podkreśleniem aspektów technicznych badań.
