Dialoque with family or with family maps? Some remarks on the traps of the need-adapted treatment

Abstract
The paper presents the limitations of the integrated need-adapted treatment of persons suffering from psychotic disorders. Basing on the story of one inpatient and his not effective treatment, some presuppositions of the therapeutic alliance between patient-family-therapist are discussed. According to the authors, the therapy of persons with psychotic disorders should always follow after the dialogue with them. Otherwise, it leads to confusing the map for reality and, as consequence of this, both the therapy and the dialogue fail.
