DIDACTIC COMPONENTS OF THE PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION AND EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

Journal Title: Computer Science Information Technology Automation - Year 2017, Vol 1, Issue 6

Abstract

The work includes analysis of the definition “professional educational information environment”. It was revealed as a result of the study that it is necessary to examine the modern professionally oriented educational information environment for future engineers’ training as the unity of two aspects such as information and communication. The specifics of the new information and educational environment that is formed as a result of informatization of the society are considered. Its pedagogical features are revealed. The didactic potential of the information and educational environment as a technological basis and an integral component of the modern teaching system is studied. Theoretical studies of the essence of the concept of "information and educational environment", "information and communication technologies" are outlined. Pedagogical ideas for ensuring the information and educational environment were singled out and systematized. Particular emphasis is placed on the relevance of the purpose of the modern educational establishment in the advent of the information and educational environment. This paper singles out the key requirements of the information and educational environment of general educational establishments such as: multifunctionality; integrity; modularity; polysubjective orientation; multilevelness. Consequently, the information and educational environment should include the following components: subject-target; content-organizational; appraisal-reflective. Components of the information and educational environment should provide the entire didactic cycle, creating bridges between the elements of the learning process. Each of the above components of the information and educational environment is mainly aimed at creating the necessary conditions for the implementation of specific stages of the didactic cycle. Furthermore, each of them reflects the features of the model of the learning process in the information and educational environment and its educational potential. The modern professional information environment provides new opportunities for the education system. Formation of the new education system targeting the world information and education environment includes the essential changes in the pedagogical theory and practice of teaching-learning process; they are closely related to the amendment of the content of the teaching technologies which must be more efficient and compatible with modern equipment, as well as become a vital part of the educational process
