Journal Title: International scientific journal Science and Innovation - Year 2024, Vol 3, Issue 12
Abstract
Familiarization with sets and operations on them is important for further study of many issues of the school curriculum on mathematics and at the same time promotes intensive development of mental operations and speech of students: children must constantly compare objects, identify similarities and differences in them, classify, build generalizations, express in speech and justify observed properties and relationships. The study of sets is prepared by studying the properties of sets of objects and operations with them in the 1st grade. This material is repeated here at a new, higher level.
