Diensefalik Enfarkt İle Prezante Olan Üç Serebral Ven Trombozu Olgusu

Abstract
Diensefalik enfarkt ile prezante olan serebral venöz tromboz nadir görülür ve genellikle ölümcüldür. Klinik olarak çok değişken belirti ve bulgularla ile başlayabilir ve bu nedenle tanısı güç olabilir. Lateral sinüs trombozuna ikincil olarak gelişen bilateral talamik enfarktlı üç olgu sunulmuştur. Tüm hastaların kranial tomografilerinde bilateral talamik hipodansite görüldü. Ayrıca Galen veni hiperdens olarak izleniyordu. Kranial MR görüntülemede T2 ağırlıklı kesitlerde bilateral talamik hiperintensite görüldü. T1 ağırlıklı serilerde ise venöz tıkanmayı düşündüren internal serebral ven ve lateral sinüste hiperintensite görüldü. Derin serebral venöz tıkanmalar değişken klinik bulgularla karşımıza çıkabileceğinden bu tipik radyolojik bulguları tanımak tanıya varmada yardımcı olacaktır.
