Differences between group breach of public order and calls for actions which threaten public order

Abstract

The group breach of public order and calls for actions which threaten public order as punishable acts against public order and morality are grounded. The researchers’ views of the legal categories relating to differentiation of these crimes are analyzed. The scientific positions on the differences between calls for actions which threaten public order and group breach of public order are considered. The author’s conclusion about the formulations of investigated crimes was made.
